This one is perfect for social and digital content creation. 9:16 is the ratio for all of your ‘stories’. Instagram stories, Facebook Stories and more recently Linkedin Stories. It is also perfect if you’re wanting to upload the videos directly to TikTok or Snapchat. Shooting at this frame, for these platforms, means your content will be uploaded directly and won’t undergo any cropping or distortion.

EXPORT OPTION TWO: 2:3 RATIO

2:3 is the most common setting, and a great middle ground. We often see this setting used for e-commerce sites because it views nicely on both mobile and desktop screens. This ratio can also be used for Pinterest and Facebook posts.

EXPORT OPTION THREE: 4:5 RATIO

4:5 is your Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest in-feed setting. At this ratio, you can shoot an image on Live, airdrop it to your mobile, and post to Instagram without undergoing any post production or cropping.
